Very pleased with the set, it looks great! Items arrived in 2 or 3 shipments in multiple boxes and if you need help tracking down a package the customer service is very prompt in answering any questions. Everything was pretty easy to assemble but when you do the sofa the nuts and bolts were not labeled as well as the other pieces so it took a bit of figuring out. However, everything came together nicely. Took about 3 hours to put together for my husband and I.
